The “hot girl walk” has taken the internet by storm, first becoming a trend on TikTok and now being promoted by influencers and seeping its way into everyday life for millions of women around the world. There are steps to mastering this trend and we’re here to help.

Now, hot girl walking isn’t just about the walk itself, but how you look and feel during it.One suggestion I have for you is the perfect pair of sneakers.
I live and die by my On Clouds, never once have they failed me. Other brands such as Hokas, Brooks, and New Balance have become increasingly popular with the growth of this trend as well. Everyone needs a good pep in their step, and a great pair of shoes can carry you through all walks of life.
Arguably the most important essential of a hot girl walk is the outfit. When you look your best, everything else is simply better. I prefer a fun colored matching set or even a cute jumper. Most of the time you’ll want upbeat, rap, and empowering music. Sometimes, you’ll want to listen to the Hamilton soundtrack (totally not me at all) and that’s perfectly ok! Find what is going to motivate you and keep you walking.

If we’re being honest, the mindset you have going into your hot girl walk is half the experience. Confidence is key, and it shows when you’re strutting down the road.
However, a lot of the time, at least for me, most of my hot girl walks are when there’s a lot on my mind. Giving yourself time alone to be with your thoughts, reflecting, or even being angry is so crucial to a hot girl walk because it helps your body, even though it might not seem fun. When you’re down, give yourself positive affirmations or list some things you’re grateful for.
